Hi, Your rules/regulations says the winner will only be contacted by phone, however, the entry form for the contest doesn’t ask for a phone number. Your says we forfeit our prize if we do not respond to the phone call within 7 days. Can you please update the form so the winner actually has a chance to claim the prize?
