Dark brown, almost black colour, with rich head; aromas of smoked meat/bacon, leather and toasted/burnt malt and dried herb with notes of charred wood, high roast coffee and dark chocolate; off-dry, full bodied, slightly bittersweet with a chewy texture, flavours of smoke, charred wood, toasted nut and dark fruit, with notes of citrus, caramel and molasses on a smoky lingering finish.
